This is a collaboration blog run by three friends aiming to improve their lifestyle. We support each other in getting fit and toned by September. We decided that if we don't reach our goals, there will be a punishment of some sort. We don't know what kind yet, but we're thinking about it.
Basically, we made this blog so we can motivate ourselves and keep organized, as well as motivate others. Let's do this!
